Acer palmatum 'Ukigumo' - Set of 2 - Japanese Maple

The 'Ukigumo' is a special type of Japanese maple. This tree has fascinating leaves that you can keep looking at. This maple has a green leaf with white and pink speckles. Some leaves have no markings, while others can be plain white or pink. In the fall, the leaf changes color to orange-red. During the winter, the Ukigumo has no leaves, but as soon as spring comes, its beautiful leaves return. So you can enjoy this beautiful plant again every summer!

Care
Acer palmatum 'Ukigumo' is a slow growing plant that is ideal for the smaller garden or on the balcony. It does not require much care. The Ukigumo prefers to be in partial shade. This way the roots and leaves are not burned by the sun. The Acer prefers well-drained soil. Water the maple regularly, especially during dry periods. Japanese maples are best planted from March to early November. During this period the soil is warmer and the plants can root well.

The plants have a height of 50-60cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 19cm.
