Acer palmatum 'Inaba-shidare' - Japanese Maple

The Iniba Shidare Japanese Maple is a unique Japanese maple. It originates from Japan and Korea. It has a beautiful wine-red color that changes to deep red to orange-red in autumn. They grow like a mushroom, spreading more broadly than tall. They can reach a width of up to 4 meters! In addition to the beautifully colored leaves, they also produce lovely purple-red flower clusters from April to May.

Dog Care
The Iniba Shidare is easy to care for. It prefers a semi-shaded spot in well-drained soil. If the Japanese maple receives sufficient water in summer, its autumn colours will be more intense. Pruning is not necessary, but if necessary, the best time to do so is late autumn, when it enters its dormant period. The Iniba Shidare is winter-hardy but deciduous.

Format
The plant has a height of 30-40cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plant is supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 13cm.
