Acer palmatum 'Ukigumo' & 'Taylor' - Japanese Maple

In this mix you will receive 2 special types of acers, namely the Acer palmatum 'Ukigumo' and the Acer palmatum 'Taylor'. The 'Ukigumo' has a green leaf with white and pink speckles. In the autumn the leaf changes colour to orange-red. The unique Taylor has a special salmon pink colour, which gradually turns green with a creamy white edge. In the autumn these leaves get a striking lime green colour. During the winter the Japanese maples have no leaves, but as soon as spring comes the beautiful leaves come back.

Care
Japanese maples prefer to be in partial shade. This way, the roots and leaves are not burned by the sun. The Acer prefers well-drained soil. Water the maple regularly, especially during dry periods. Japanese maples are best planted from March to early November. During this period, the soil is warmer and the plants can root well.

Format
The plants have a height of 35-55cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 15cm.
