The Agapanthus originates from South Africa and is a South African symbol for love. The Agapanthus blooms from July to September and will be a real eye-catcher in your summer garden. The beautiful flowers grow on tall stems that can grow up to 50 cm high. The Agapanthus can be planted both indoors and outdoors and do well in a pot. The special flowers can also be used as cut flowers.

Care
The Agapanthus prefers a sheltered, sunny spot. During growth it is important to water the Agapanthus regularly. From autumn onwards, the watering can be reduced. The Agapanthus is not resistant to frost, so it is advisable to plant it in a pot and overwinter it frost-free. Keep the potting soil on the dry side in the winter. Give more water in early spring and put the Agapanthus outside again in the spring (after the last night frost).

The plant has a height of 30-45cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are delivered in a nursery pot with a diameter of 14cm.
