The Allium, also known as 'ornamental onion', is a special bulb that provides colour in the garden. The Allium Millenium is a summer bloomer and blooms between July and August. The Allium Millenium is a beautiful ornamental onion that immediately attracts attention in the garden with its beautiful, bright purple flowers and height of approximately 40 cm, especially when planted in groups. They look special from a distance, but the closer you look, the more beautiful they become! The flowers are also very suitable as cut flowers and have a long shelf life. The bulbs can be planted between March and May.

Care
Caring for an ornamental onion is not difficult: the plant mainly requires a sunny spot. Furthermore, it is sufficient to water the Allium at least once a week. In the autumn, cut away all faded flowers, but leave the green leaves. These will die off in the winter. The Allium Millenium is winter-hardy, so you can safely leave the plant outside. That way you can enjoy it again next summer!
