The Allium, also known as "ornamental onion," is a unique bulb that adds a splash of color to the garden. They bloom between May and June, just when the spring flowers are past their peak and the summer blooms are just beginning to bloom. This makes them the perfect bulbs to bridge this often dull period in the garden! The Allium Purple Sensation is a beautiful ornamental onion that immediately draws attention in the garden with its stunning, bright purple flowers and height of approximately 75cm. Dog Care
Caring for an ornamental onion is not difficult: the plant mainly requires a sunny spot. Furthermore, it is sufficient to water the Allium at least once a week. In the autumn, cut away all faded flowers, but leave the green leaves. These will die off in the winter. The Allium Purple Sensation is winter-hardy, so you can safely leave the plant outside. That way you can enjoy it again next summer!
