Calathea 'Crocata' - Set of 2 - Air purifying

The Calathea Crocata Tassmania is a tirelessly flowering houseplant with beautiful leaves. The curled leaves are green on top and red on the bottom, as is often the case with a Calathea. Furthermore, the houseplant blooms beautiful orange flowers that protrude above the plant. These orange flowers are often compared to flames, which is why the plant is also nicknamed 'Eternal Flame'. In addition to its beautiful looks, the Calathea Crocata also has an air purifying effect!

Care
The Calathea Crocata Tassmania originally comes from the Amazon rainforest where the plant grows under the shelter of other trees. That is why the plant needs little light when it is placed indoors. Give the Crocata a sip of water once a week and keep the soil moist, after which the plant will start to grow again. After 2 to 3 months the Eternal Flame has finished flowering. What has finished flowering can be cut off. New leaves appear in the plant and when these are large enough, the plant will start to flower again with new flower buds. The Calathea Crocata is not poisonous to pets!

Format
The plants have a height of 40-50cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 14cm.
