Dog Care
The Calathea is a real shade plant, so it is important that it does not get too much light. When the plant gets too much light, the leaf markings can fade. Because of its tropical origins, the Calathea needs high humidity. You can give the plant a little lukewarm water 2-3 times a week, the potting soil should always be slightly moist. In the winter you can reduce this to once a week. To prevent root rot, it is important that there is no layer of water on the bottom of the pot. Therefore, always feel the soil with your fingers before watering.
