Citrus mitis - 3 pieces - Orange tree with plant food

The Citrus Calamondin mini orange is a beautiful ornamental tree with a wonderfully sweet smelling white blossom that is abundantly present in the spring. This Citrus Calamondin is a cross between the Mandarin and the Citrus Kumquat. This citrus tree grows small round, orange fruits that are about 4 cm in diameter. The Calamondin can be eaten as a fruit, but is more often used in various dishes and liqueurs.

Care
Citrus trees prefer a bright, sunny location, moderate watering and regular fertilization. It can take a year for the fruits to ripen, but they are well worth the wait. Place the plants outdoors in full sun from mid-March to October, but let them get used to the sun for the first few weeks. Because the Calamondin is not winter-hardy, it should be overwintered in a bright spot indoors. Reduce watering in the winter, but do not let the plant dry out completely. Too much or too little water can cause the fruit to fall off.

The plant has a height of 25-40cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plant is supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 9cm.
