Bring colour into your home with the Coleus, also known as the painted nettle. These special plants are very popular thanks to their striking leaves in different colours and patterns. They are often kept as a houseplant, but can also be placed outside, directly in the ground or in a pot. Please note, the painted nettle is not winter hardy. Indoors, this unique plant can last for years, outdoors it often only survives for one year because it cannot withstand temperatures below 10 degrees. There are 8 different types of Coleus available and in this set you will receive three different types. The 8 types consist of the Coleus Apocolypse, Coleus Black Dragon, Coleus Kong Red, Coleus Pumila, Coleus Renelt, Coleus Rustic, Coleus Shadow, Coleus Trusty Rusty. The three types you receive are randomly selected by the grower for the best colour combination.

Care
To keep the colours of the leaves as expressive as possible, the ornamental nettle likes to be in a light spot with a lot of indirect sunlight. If the plant gets direct sunlight, the leaves can scorch. The ornamental nettle also likes to be in a draught-free spot. Always keep the soil of the ornamental nettle slightly moist. During the growing season, it needs more water than in the winter. Check regularly with your finger whether the soil is still moist. Is the plant starting to droop? Then the plant needs water. Outdoor care for the ornamental nettle is almost the same, no direct sun and keep the soil moist. Be extra careful in warm temperatures, because water evaporates extra quickly.

Format
The plants have a height of 25-40cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 13cm.
