Product Description
Convallaria Majalis also known as 'lily of the valley' or 'lily of the valley', is an age-old plant that mainly occurs in temperate climates in wooded areas. The lily of the valley is especially suitable for gardens with multiple trees and shrubs, because it likes to be in a shady spot. You can use this plant beautifully to decorate bare spots in the garden. The tubers can be planted in spring (May-June) as well as in autumn (September-November).
Care
Plant the lily of the valley in May-June or September-November in fertile, well-drained soil in shade to partial shade. Is the plant in a sunny spot? Then make sure it does not dry out. Plant the tubers 2 cm deep in the ground. Place the point upwards and give it plenty of water after planting, because the lily of the valley likes moisture. After flowering, the flowers can be cut off. This allows the plant to produce new flowers, which extends the flowering period.
