Cortaderia selloana - Mix of 6 - Pampas grass - White, Pink

Pampas grasses originate from South America and are considered one of the most beautiful ornamental grasses. The grass can flower with beautiful, elongated plumes in a white and pink colour. The long, narrow leaves complete the graceful appearance of this plant. Pampas grass is winter hardy to -10 degrees Celsius and grows quickly. This type of grass does well in the border, but is also beautiful as a solitary in a large pot.

Care
Pampas grass can grow quickly and become very large, especially when planted in the open ground. It is advisable to prune Pampas grass in February or March. Prune the plant back to 30 cm above the ground. This strong plant is even green in winter. Only in very severe winters can the plant freeze above ground. If this happens, it almost always grows again in spring. The plants can grow considerably and the long, narrow and especially graceful 'leaves' can reach a height of 3 meters.

Format
The plants have a height of 25-40cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 9cm.
