Dieffenbachia 'Tropic' - Houseplant

The Dieffenbachia 'Tropic' is a beautiful houseplant. Characteristic are its many leaves with fresh green color accents on the dark green leaf. The original origin of the dieffenbachia is South America. Named as a tribute to the Viennese botanist Joseph Dieffenbach.

Care
The Dieffenbachia does well in a light, sunny spot in the house or office. Preferably no direct sunlight. Because it is a tropical plant with large leaves that needs relatively much moisture, it is important to always keep the soil slightly moist. You can let the plant dry for a while before watering it again, but make sure that the roots do not remain in the water because of the root rot that will occur. The growth period runs from March to August. Give a little more water in the summer than in the winter.

The height of this houseplant is between 70 and 80 centimeters at the time of delivery. The pot size is 24 cm.
