Echinacea Purpurea - Set of 10 - Purple Coneflower

Echinacea purpurea, also known as coneflower, is a favorite with many gardeners. The beautiful flowers are striking for their size and color: a combination of an orange-brown center surrounded by contrasting pink petals. Even after the flower has finished blooming and the petals droop, this flower still has ornamental value. During the blooming season, countless bumblebees and butterflies come and go. The plants bloom from June to September, and during this time, they are frequently visited by bumblebees and butterflies. The flowers will reach a height of approximately 70-80 cm. The rhizomes can be planted from November to April.

Dog Care
Echinacea is an easy plant to care for. It prefers a sunny spot in fertile, well-drained soil. It tolerates drought fairly well if planted in the ground and well-established. Every autumn, give it a 3 to 4 centimeter layer of compost so it doesn't have to compete too much with other plants for nutrients.
