Epiphyllum Anguliger - Set of 2 - Saw cactus

Epiphyllum Anguliger, also known as the 'herringbone cactus', is a special and striking plant that should certainly not be missing from your collection. The flat, zigzag-shaped leaves resemble a herringbone and give this plant a unique look. The Epiphyllum is a succulent that is often sold as a hanging plant. It is originally from Mexico and parts of America and the Caribbean. The large, funnel-shaped flowers that this plant can produce complete the picture. This epiphytic plant grows naturally on other plants or trees and therefore does not need much direct sunlight. Epiphyllum Anguliger thrives in light, shady environments and needs well-drained soil, such as cactus soil. Do not overwater the plant and make sure the soil can dry completely between waterings. The plant thrives at temperatures between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius.

Care
In nature, the Epiphyllum Anguliger occurs in subtropical forests in Mexico. This means that this saw cactus requires a little more water than a regular cactus and can be left in wet soil for a little longer. Water the plant once every two weeks in the summer, but this may be even less in the winter. Let the soil dry out thoroughly before watering again. When the Epiphyllum is in wet soil, the roots can rot.

The plants have a height of 30-40cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 15cm.
