Fritillaria Lutea, also known as Yellow Fritillary, is a striking bulb with beautiful yellow flowers. This species is native to the Mediterranean region and grows naturally in mountainous areas and grasslands. Fritillaria Lutea is known for its striking flower shape, with hanging bell-shaped flowers that have an intense yellow color. These bulbs are often valued for their unique and exotic appearance. The Yellow Fritillary adds bright colors and a touch of exoticism to gardens, borders and rockeries.

Care
Fritillaria Lutea thrives best in well-drained soil in a sunny to semi-shaded spot. Dig a planting hole about twice as deep as the height of the bulb and place the bulb with the point facing upwards. Cover the bulb with soil and press firmly. After planting, it is important to water the soil well so that the bulb can take root. These bulbs need a cold period to grow. It is therefore best to plant them in the fall. During the growing season, Fritillaria Lutea needs regular watering, especially during dry periods. After flowering, the faded flower stems can be removed so that the plant's energy can go to the bulb. These bulbs are generally winter hardy and require little maintenance. They flower every year and can reproduce by seed dispersal. With its striking yellow flowers, Fritillaria Lutea is a beautiful addition to gardens and landscapes. By following the correct planting instructions and care, you can enjoy the vibrant colors and unique appearance of this yellow fritillary.

Format
The flower bulbs have a circumference of approximately 20/24cm upon delivery.
