Gerbera garvinea - Orange

Gerbera Garvinea is a strong garden plant, developed from wild species originating from South Africa. Unlike traditional gerberas, Garvinea is bred for outdoors and does well in borders and pots. It flowers continuously from spring until the first frost with vibrant daisy-like flowers in various colours. A major advantage is its excellent resistance to pests and diseases, which makes it low-maintenance. Thanks to its sturdy stems and long flowering period, it is also ideal as a cut flower.

Care
Gerbera Garvinea prefers a sunny spot with well-drained soil. Water regularly, especially during dry spells, but be careful not to overwater to prevent root rot. Remove dead flowers for consistent blooming. Fertilize every few weeks during the growing season. In colder climates, protect the plant with mulch or overwinter indoors.

Format
The plants have a height of 45-60cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 19cm.
