Gladiolus 'Glamini Kim' Mini Gladiolus - Set of 21 - Purple

The Gladiolus Glamini Kim is a true summer bloomer that can bloom well into autumn. This profusely flowering purple gladiolus grows to about 50cm tall and is a must-have for your summer garden. These gladioli are low-growing and have a slightly shorter stem than usual, reducing the risk of being blown over and making the plants weather-resistant. However, the stem is still just long enough to use as a cut flower. You can also combine gladioli with other plants, such as dahlias. Use gladioli as a cut flower so you can enjoy the beautiful flowers indoors as well. Pick the stems as soon as the bottom flower opens, preferably early in the morning. Place the stems immediately in a vase with lukewarm water and flower food. The corms can be planted from April to June, after the last frost.

Dog Care
Gladioli corms can be planted in spring after the last frost, approximately 7-10 cm deep. First, loosen the soil well and spread a layer of sharp sand at the bottom of the planting hole. This allows rainwater to drain away from under the corms. Space the corms about 10-12 cm apart. Add some good potting soil during planting. Before planting, mix heavy (clay) soil with sharp sand. These large-flowered gladioli thrive in a warm, sunny spot. It's best to plant the gladioli in a different location each year.
