Loropetalum 'Ever Red' - Set of 2 - Fringe Tree

The colourful Loropetalum, better known in the Netherlands as the Fringe Tree, originally grows on mountain slopes in China. This beautiful ornamental shrub blooms from February to April, making it the ideal plant to brighten up your garden early in the year. The bright red flowers contrast beautifully with the dark leaves of the 'Ever Red'. Even after flowering, this shrub remains very beautiful thanks to the dark red leaves, which remain on the shrub all year round. The 'Ever Red' is winter hardy to -10. If it is in a pot and it gets colder than -10, it is definitely advisable to move it to a place where it does not freeze. The plant grows to an average height of 75 cm and is therefore suitable for both garden and balcony pots.

Dog Care
The 'Ever Red' prefers a sunny to semi-shaded spot. Maintenance is easy, making the plant suitable for people without green fingers. This perennial ornamental shrub thrives best in well-drained and humus-rich soil. If you want to prune the shrub, prune the long branches after flowering. This will keep your shrub nice and compact.

Format
The plants have a height of 25-35cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 13cm.
