This set contains 3 Magnolia 'Susan' plants. Magnolia 'Susan' usually blooms in April with dark pink, banana-shaped flowers. Some flowers open in a fan shape. The Magnolia 'Susan' has oval leaves that become visible after flowering. The Susan can grow into a full-fledged tree, but is easy to prune. Care
For abundant flowering it is important to give Magnolia 'Susan' a sunny spot in rich, acidic soil. Magnolias do not need to be pruned: they actually grow best without pruning. If you do want to prune the Magnolia, it is best to limit this to a single pruning session. In winter the bulbs need protection from freezing temperatures. The plant is not poisonous.
