Miscanthus sinensis 'Kleine Silberspinne' - Set of 2

The Miscanthus 'Kleine Silberspinne' is a beautiful, clump-forming ornamental grass that can be planted in the garden. The ornamental grass has an upright growth habit with overhanging leaves. The leaves are green in colour with a silver-white centre stripe. In autumn the leaves change colour to a yellow-orange colour. The Miscanthus blooms from September to November. Red plumes then stick out above the grass. Later in the year the plumes change colour to a more white-silver colour.

Care
Miscanthus 'Kleine Silberspinne' can be planted in any good garden soil. Furthermore, the care is not very difficult, the grass prefers a sunny spot and well-drained soil. It is advisable to prune the grass in March, so that it grows back nicely. The flowering period of the grass is from September to October. Eventually, the Miscanthus 'Kleine Silberspinne' can grow up to 200 cm high! Furthermore, the Miscanthus is not poisonous to animals.

Format
The plants have a height of 20-30cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 23cm.
