Pennisetum alopecuroides Hameln - Set of 2 - Ornamental grass

The Pennisetum 'Hameln' is an ornamental grass species that can be found in many places. The grass is also called Lampenpoetsersgras. It is attractive to look at, strong and requires little maintenance. Pennisetum has narrow, hanging leaves and can flower beautiful plumes from July to September. In the autumn, the plumes turn browner. The plant is at its most beautiful when several of the plants are planted together. Nowadays, the plumes are often dried and used together with other dried flowers as a bouquet, which also looks very attractive!

Dog Care
The Pennisetum 'Hameln' is an easy plant to care for. The ornamental grass prefers a sunny spot, but also grows well in partial shade. Do not let the soil dry out, the plants prefer moist soil. Prune the grass around January/February, so that it grows back more beautifully in the spring. Ultimately, the Pennisetum 'Hameln' can grow to a height of around 200 cm. Furthermore, the grass is not poisonous to animals.

Format
The plants have a height of 20-30cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 23cm.
