Philodendron Black Cardinal - Set of 2

The Philodendron 'Black Cardinal' is a surprisingly robust houseplant with a unique color: the leaves are very dark. However, the new leaves first turn orange and then gradually darken. This Philodendron grew up in the rainforests of South America and therefore prefers a humid climate. Because it's certainly not the largest there, the Black Cardinal prefers shade. Because of its origins, the plant also thrives in a bathroom.

Dog Care
The Black Cardinal Philodendron thrives in high humidity, so it prefers watering during dry days. This also removes dust, allowing the leaves to breathe better. The Black Cardinal doesn't like being placed next to a heater or in a draft. Furthermore, the Black Cardinal is the perfect plant for dimly lit rooms. It prefers a spot in partial shade without direct sunlight. And give the Philodendron regular, small sips of water: it likes consistently moist soil.

Format
The plants have a height of 20-30cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 12cm.
