The dwarf peach (Prunus persica 'Bonanza') is a small peach tree. In spring, the branches of Prunus persica 'Bonanza' are covered with beautiful pink flowers. The flowers are quite large and perfume the air with a subtle scent. The flowers are pollinated by insects, after which the yellow-orange fruits develop. Peaches can be harvested in the summer. They have a slightly hairy skin and delicious juicy flesh. In addition to the fragrant blossom, delicious peaches can be picked in the summer, around August. Care
Dwarf peach 'Bonanza' prefers a warm and sheltered spot in the garden or on the terrace. These peaches are self-pollinating and can therefore stand on their own. Prunus persica 'Bonanza' is easy to grow. Water the peach tree regularly. If you plant the plant in a pot, never let the roots dry out. Give some mixed organic fertilizer in early spring. This dwarf form of the peach does not need to be pruned.
