Prunus Persica 'Saturne' - Set of 2 - Peach tree

The Prunus Persica 'Saturne' is the most famous flat peach in Northern Europe. In early spring, the peach tree blooms beautifully with light pink flowers. After flowering, the peaches appear. These peaches have a striking appearance because they are flat and have a yellow-red color with a velvety skin. They have white pulp and are deliciously juicy and sweet in taste. The fruit can be picked and eaten around August. The fruit of this tree is a delicious snack and you can eat it with or without the skin.

Care
The Prunus Persica is a hardy peach tree that can be planted in pots or directly in the ground. The peach tree likes a sheltered location in the sun or partial shade. The warmer and sunnier the garden plant is, the riper the fruit will be. During the winter months, the peach tree loses its leaves. It is also important to prune the tree in the summer and not in the winter. Cut off the small branches to make room for the fruit. Eventually, the peach tree can grow to 200 cm high and 150 cm wide!
