Rubus 'Tayberry' - Set of 3 - Garden plant - Blackberry

Rubus Tayberry is a cross between a blackberry and a raspberry and produces large, deliciously sweet, aromatic fruits that can grow up to 5 cm long. It is a slightly thorny plant that produces long shoots and is therefore suitable for being trained along a trellis. The large, deep red fruits are twice the size of raspberries and have a sweet and sour taste. The tayberry can be eaten fresh, but can also be used to make delicious jam, juice or wine.

Care
The Tayberry grows well in full sun, but also in partial shade. Rubus Tayberry likes a moist, humus-rich soil. Prune the garden plant in the autumn so that you can enjoy many berries and blackberries next spring. Rubus 'Tayberry' is a deciduous garden plant and around May the plant produces beautiful white flowers that attract many bees and bumblebees.
