Schefflera Dalton

De Schefflera is een kamerplant die gemakkelijk te herkennen is aan de typische bladvorm. In feite lijken de bladeren op handen, vandaar dat de plant ook wel vingerplant wordt genoemd. Schefflera komt over de hele wereld voor: in warmere landen komt hij ook in de natuur voor in de vorm van lianen, bomen en struiken. Bovendien is de Schefflera een zeer aangename plant om in huis te hebben, omdat hij nauwelijks licht en water nodig heeft. Bovendien zuivert de plant de lucht in de kamer!

Care
Originally, the Schefflera comes from Australia, so the plant is used to a lot of light and little water. Give the plant a small sip of water every now and then, so that the potting soil remains slightly moist. Furthermore, the Finger Plant prefers about 3 to 5 hours of sunlight per day, a nice morning and evening sun is ideal. A handy reminder is that the Schefflera drops its leaves if there is no sunlight. In that case, place the plant closer to a window. The sap of the Schefflera can cause mild irritation of the skin. Furthermore, this plant is not poisonous. Eventually, the Schefflera can grow up to 200 cm high!

The plant has a height of 90-100cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plant is supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 21cm.
