Schlumbergera Tricolor - Set of 3 - Christmas Cacti

The Schlumbergera, also known as the Christmas cactus, is a beautiful plant that deserves a prominent place in the living room. The special Schlumbergera Tricolor is different from a normal, single-coloured Schlumbergera. There are 3 member cacti that have grown together in one pot, giving this Christmas cactus a beautiful mix of red, white and purple flowers. This colourful cactus blooms in the winter. The Christmas cactus opens its buds from October and brings colour into the house during the dark winter days. You can enjoy the numerous, large flowers for weeks. The beloved houseplant belongs to the leaf and member cacti and originates from Brazil. The plant has been given the name Christmas cactus because it blooms around Christmas time. The plant can live up to 30 years, so you can enjoy it for a long time! The plants are supplied with a height of 15-25cm (measured including pot).

Care
Plant the Schlumbergera Mix 'Tricolor' as soon as possible after receipt in a large flower pot. Choose a pot with holes in the bottom and a matching saucer. This allows the water to drain well. For a cactus, Schlumbergera may have quite a lot of water: preferably moderately much, so that the soil is always slightly moist but especially not wet. Preferably place the flower pot in a moderately warm, reasonably light spot. Avoid full sun. Too much direct sunlight causes the leaves to turn red. Remove faded flowers regularly: this stimulates the plant to germinate other flower buds. This plant is not poisonous. However, skin irritation may occur after contact with hands or eyes.

The plants have a height of 15-25cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 9cm.
