Strelitzia Reginea - Set of 3 - Bird of Paradise Flower

Bring a tropical atmosphere to your living room with this beautiful houseplant! The Strelitzia Reginae, better known in the Netherlands as the Bird of Paradise plant, is originally from South Africa. The Strelitzia Reginae is a huge eye-catcher due to its large pointed leaves and beautiful orange and blue ornamental flowers. The adult height of the bird of paradise plant in the house is approximately 150 cm. The Strelitzia is grown outdoors and can therefore have some spots or leaf cracks, this is normal for this plant.

Care
The Strelitzia Reginae prefers a place with lots of light. That is why the plant also needs a lot of water (pay attention to drainage to prevent root rot). Water sparingly in the winter, so that the compost can dry out between waterings. In the spring and summer, the plant can also be placed on the terrace. The plant is not winter hardy and must therefore be brought back inside in October at the latest.

Format
The plants have a height of 25-40cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plants are supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 9cm.
