Vanda orchid - Blue - L

The Vanda orchid is a unique and striking houseplant with a tropical flair. This plant grows without potting soil and lets its aerial roots hang freely, which provides a special appearance. The deep blue flowers are intense in colour and form a beautiful contrast with the fresh green. Vandas are ideal for light interiors such as the living room or home office and are loved for their luxurious appearance. With good care, the Vanda blooms several times a year. Please note: delivered without decorative pot or potting soil.

Care
Place the plant in a light spot, without direct sunlight in the summer. Keep the temperature between 18–27 °C. Give the Vanda a 'bath' of 30–45 minutes in lukewarm water once or twice a week, depending on the season. Then let it drain well. Extra light during flowering enhances the flower colour. Cut away faded flower stems; with sufficient light a new branch will grow after a few months.
