Zamioculcas Emerald

The Zamioculcas, also known as ZZ plant or Emerald palm, is a very easy plant. The plant originates from Tanzania, where it is used to periods of drought followed by extreme rainfall. The Emerald palm stores a lot of water, which means it can go without water for a long time. It is not a problem if you forget to water it once. The low maintenance in combination with its sturdy appearance makes the Emerald palm an incredibly popular plant. It has shiny, feather-shaped leaves and long stems and fits perfectly in classic and modern interiors.

Care
The Emerald Palm prefers a spot in partial shade, without direct sunlight. Water the plant regularly, but make sure that no excess water remains in the pot/bowl. This can even cause root rot. The ideal temperature for this plant is 18-22 ºC.

Format
The plant has a height of 70-80cm upon delivery, measured including the nursery pot. The plant is supplied in a nursery pot with a diameter of 21cm.
